Proemion offers a free trial of the DataPortal.
Afterward, you must upgrade to one of the 3 plans.

The onboard process is as follows:

  1. You may start a free trial with demo machines.
    Those machines cover historic data up to 1 year in the past including time-series data and also DTCs.
  2. By upgrading to one of the 3 plans, you can access your own machines/devides on the DataPortal.
  3. You may then subscribe to one of the other plans, see Plans.

Plans

Go to Settings > Platform Contracts.

There, you can subscribe to different plans that cover different configuration levels for devices + access to the DataPortal.

Within the these plans, you are offered a dedicated view on the devices in the the DataPortal, see Access the DataPortal.

Access DataPortal

To offer a simple start into the Proemion telematic system, the plans offer only the basic features/access to the DataPortal and limited set of configuration.

The free trial offers a demo view on the DataPortal.

By upgrading to one of the plans, you can view your own machines in different views:

The configuration options are as follows:

  • Machines can be configured via CAN Network parameters: CAN 1, 2, 3 + CAN Identifier as well as the Baudrate (e.g. "shutdown in...").
  • Depending on the plan, you may configure Themes
  • Basic signals, i.e. J1939 signals are displayed
  • Automatic PDC assignment, i.e. no configuration of the PDC (signals)
  • Default device configuration will be appplied, i.e. no configuration of the DOD
  • No dashboard configuration
  • No configuration of user permissions
  • No Feature toggles
