Activities

Activities are an optional checklist of the single steps for completing the maintenance task. Use Activities to guide service technicians through the required work and track completion of individual steps.

When activated, the checklist is shown in the task detail view. To activate the list of Activities, create a ticket at the Support or contact your Proemion representative.

These activities are imported from the Maintenance Catalog and will be listed as separate checkboxes. Activities can be grouped under a category (e.g. Change, Test, Control), depending on whether they are configured as a flat or nested list in the Maintenance Catalog, see Activities configuration.

The checkbox for each step can be ticked separately by the maintenance service technicians when completed. The History will be updated accordingly.

Consider that the maintenance task may be closed despite pending activities, see Update Task.
