CODESYS Application Updates

CODESYS application updates let you deploy a new CODESYS application to one or more CANlink® mobile 10000 devices via the DataPortal, as CODESYS-over-the-air (COTA) updates. This allows centralized, fleet-wide management of CODESYS application versions, instead of updating each device individually via the CODESYS IDE.

To deploy an update, the CODESYS application must be uploaded as a CODESYS configuration bundle. For details on creating a configuration bundle, see Create Configuration Bundle in the DataPortal manual. For details on the update workflow, see CODESYS Application Update/COTA in the DataPortal manual.
