CE Notes European Union

The devices described in this manual may only be used in mobile or stationary systems in which the distance between antennas and persons is at least 20 cm.
Antennas may only be operated in conjunction with other antennas or transmitters if the required separation distance is maintained.

Changes or modifications to this device not expressly approved by the manufacturer can void the user's authority to operate the device under CE rules.

Antenna Requirements (Cellular)

The maximum antenna gain (including cable and connector loss) must not exceed the following limits for the supported frequency bands.

4G/LTE Band (dBi):

  • B1: 11.85
  • B3: 11.35
  • B7: 11.96
  • B8: 8.46
  • B20: 8.23
  • B28: 7.49
  • B34: 11.96
  • B38: 11.96
  • B40: 11.96
  • B41: 11.96

Antenna Requirements (Wi-Fi / BLE)

The maximum antenna gain (including cable and connector loss) must not exceed the following limits for the supported wireless interfaces.

Wireless Interfaces (dBi):

  • BLE: 3.3
  • WiFi 2.4 GHz: 3.3
  • WiFi 5 GHz: 4.4

Bluetooth (ETSI)

The allowed maximum equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) is:

  • Bluetooth LE: max 4.72 dBm at 2402 - 2480 MHz

Wi-Fi (ETSI)

The allowed maximum equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) is:

  • 2.412 – 2.472 GHz: max 19.86 dBm
  • 5.15 – 5.35 GHz: max 19.88 dBm
  • 5.47 – 5.725 GHz: max 19.88 dBm
  • 5.725 – 5.785 GHz: max 13.96 dBm

Devices with a Wi-Fi interface are restricted to indoor use only when operating in the frequency range 5150 to 5350 MHz in the following countries:
