Remarks¶
Western-Sahara is potentially covered by Moroccan telcos. The use of cellular service is contractually excluded in the following countries: Benin, Central African Republic, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo (former Zaire), Djibouti, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Kiribati, Lesotho, Liberia, Micronesia, Niger, North Korea, Republic of Palau, Republic of the Congo, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan.
