Network Connectivity¶
Proemion offers the following tools to test your network connectivity.
In case you are experiencing connectivity issues, here's a list of endpoints you need to be able to reach in order to use the Proemion DataPlatform:
Web portals and APIs use HTTP and HTTPS on standard ports 80 and 443. URLs are:

Note that this are the Proemion endpoints. You may need reach custom portals and APIs, e.g. https://portal.merino-op.com/api.
Realtime Diagnosis sessions are established using port 60100 for unencrypted traffic, and 61100 for TLS-encrypted traffic. Endpoint for these ports is:
- rtgateway.proemion.com
Connectivity Check¶
In order to test connectivity with our services, we provide a test utility that can be downloaded from the following locations:
This tool will try to establish a TCP connection to our service endpoints and tell you which of those connections worked, and which ones don’t. We hope this makes it easier to debug connectivity issues.

Firmware Updates and Support¶
To ensure the best performance and security of your devices, we strongly recommend always installing the latest firmware provided by Proemion.
Please note:
We do not provide technical support for issues caused by outdated firmware.
Errors resulting from outdated firmware are considered non-qualified errors and are not covered by warranty or support.
Regular firmware updates are essential to maintaining the functionality of your devices.
